Frequently asked questions
How long does a check take?
A one-time check usually takes a few business days. A site visit, if needed, adds time. The timeline is confirmed before we start.
Do you also check people?
Checks involving people respect Québec’s Law 25. They are done with consent when the law requires it. For job candidates, see our Pre-employment screening service.
Does the monthly plan suit a small broker?
Yes. It is based on the number of partners to check each month. We discuss it during the consultation.
