Frequently asked questions

Should we file a police report first?

Yes, and we help you do it properly. Our investigation complements the police’s. We give the file the time and expertise it needs.

How long does an investigation take?

It depends on the situation. The first 48 hours secure the evidence. What follows is set in the mandate, with a written estimate before work starts.

Will my insurer be able to use your report?

Our reports are built to be checked: dated facts, cited sources, numbered exhibits, chain of custody. The decision belongs to the insurer. It has a neutral, documented report.

Do you work outside Québec?

We work directly in Québec. In Ontario and along the Canada–U.S. corridors, we work with locally licensed partners.

Can you install GPS trackers on our trailers?

Yes, for prevention, on your own trailers and loads, with your written authorisation. We never install a tracker on property that does not belong to the client.
