No. Service of legal documents is reserved for bailiffs (huissiers de justice) in Québec.
Can you guarantee the outcome of the case?
No. We establish and document facts. Weighing the evidence and the outcome belong to the court.
Do you work directly with the lawyer’s client?
We work under the direction of the instructing lawyer, who receives the report and decides how to use it.
